A Summer in Provence marries two distinct flavours. It is a subtle blend of Earl Grey sponge and Provence lavender infused buttercream. Blossoms is inspired by the flowering Dogwood blossom which takes centre stage on the elegant ivory icing. Garden Rose is a fresh and abundant cake, iced with pretty pastel pink buttercream, 24 carat gold leaf, and roses.

The Flower Crown features a swirling marbled buttercream in deep burgundy and pink hues, topped with a scarlet, gold and forest green sugar flower crown. The Secret Garden is a cake lover’s paradise, filled with the scent of sweet vanilla and freshly baked sponge, marbled buttercream and climbing sugar flowers.

Flavour choices for The Botanical Range include Rose, Lavender, Raspberry & Vanilla, Elderflower, Salted Caramel, Vanilla, Belgian Chocolate and Sicilian Lemon.

The Gardener is stunningly crafted with silver sugar gardening tools are laid on grass green iced fondant. Neatly lined with a racing green ribbon and a generous bed of intricate sugar flowers and leaves. The Blue Dragonfly is a bejewelled beauty, often found darting across a crystal clear pond, or resting amongst the emerald green leaves of this two tier cake.

The Dragonfly comprises golden sugar paste twigs litter the bottom layers. While edible sugar flowers grow out, like a wild meadow, from soft blue iced fondant. The Bee adorns soft pink icing. The upper tier bursts with the summertime freshness of delicate sugar daisies laid on a bed of golden grass.
