The highlight are the celebratory set menus at the hotel’s signature Chinese restaurant Dynasty 8. There are also buffets at Grand Orbit, and a traditional afternoon tea set at The Lounge.

Dynasty 8 is offering a nine-course Chinese New Year set menu for lunch and dinner. It is both delicious and healthy, and it represents prosperity. Diners will start off with an appetiser combination platter of suckling pig, mandarin goose liver and roasted duck.

They can then feast on double-boiled superior soup, dry oysters, and steamed red spotted garoupa. Along with this, they can also enjoy crispy-fried chicken and celery with lily bulb and chanterelle mushrooms.

POON CHOI FOR CHINESE NEW YEAR

Meanwhile, the hotel is also offering a classic Poon Choi for the Year of the Pig. This includes prawns, six-head abalone, conpoy, dried oysters, goose web and fish maw rolls. Customers can also order this poon choi as a festive takeaway to enjoy at home with families and friends.

Diners can order the set menu between February 1 and February 11. Meanwhile, the Poon Choi can be pre-ordered from January 21 to February 11.
