White Space Mind and Body Wellness Studio was born out a desire to create a safe and nurturing space where people could discover the power of yoga and mindfulness. After completing their yoga teacher training, White Space Wellness founders Abbey Rivadelo and Eileen Tupaz knew they had found their life’s calling. As a result of their passion and vision, the studio was opened in June 2012.
White Space Wellness offers over 45 classes weekly on yoga, pilates, meditation and other mindfulness-based disciplines. The center empowers individuals by elevating their quality and experience of life, hence they offer:
- Classes, workshops and retreats on mindfulness-based disciplines such as yoga, pilates, t’ai chi, meditation, Reiki and sound healing;
- Private mindfulness-based programs for individuals and organizations.
- Trainings for yoga, meditation and Reiki.
The studio has helped thousands enhance their health and increase their strength, flexibility and coordination. Practitioners have elevated their mental function, clarity, focus and memory in addition to physical fitness; and expanded their emotional resilience and strengthen their sense of balance, composure and equanimity.

White Space Wellness supports people in: reducing stress, anxiety, depression and pain; boosting their energy, mood and productivity; transitioning to healthy lifestyles and losing weight sustainably; and acquiring the knowledge and cultivating the skills needed to teach mindfulness-based practices themselves, thereby aligning their work with their passion.
The studio focuses on meeting people where they are and in giving them the guidance, support and community that they need above all. It also has a roster of world- class faculty who are passionate about their disciplines and committed to their students.
