These include 16 Michelin-starred restaurants serving traditional Chinese and Cantonese fine dining, Japanese, French, Italian and contemporary fusion. Each restaurant will feature a menu with specifically curated dishes.
RESTAURANTS WITH MICHELIN STARS IN HONG KONG
Many participating restaurants have Michelin stars. These top Hong Kong restaurants include T’ang Court, with three Michelin stars; and Yan Toh Heen, Tin Lung Heen, and Sun Tung Lok Chinese Cuisine, with two Michelin stars.
