Regent Hotels & Resorts, now part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Luxury & Lifestyle Collection, staged its first-ever pop-up immersive dining experience – Regent Taste Studio..

2022 marks a year of milestones in the re-imagination of the Regent brand following its acquisition by IHG Hotels & Resorts in 2018.

Executive Chef Bruno Anon and Chef de Cuisine Andy Huynh from Regent Phu Quoc and Spanish visual artist Mark Rios aka Mr. Dripping came together in Singapore to present their culinary artistic creations at the Regent Taste Studio, held in conjunction with ILTM Asia Pacific (International Luxury Travel Market)

Regent Taste Studio is one of the bold new hallmarks of Regent that will be introduced first at Regent Phu Quoc, Vietnam. Subsquent pop-up activations are scheduled to take place across Australia, the UK, France, Singapore and the U.S.

Each edition of the Regent Taste Studio will showcase Regent’s signature blend of culinary expertise and cultural exploration to captivate one’s imagination.

Regent Phu Quoc is a luxury haven that opened in April 2022.  Located off the southwest coast of Vietnam alongside a UNESCO-designated World Biosphere Reserve, the all-suites-and-villas resort offers a serene sanctuary amidst a landscape of elevated luxury.
