The restaurants at the Parisian Macao and the Cotai Macao will serve classic Chinese dishes such as shredded chicken and bean starch sheets in sesame sauce, sautéed prawns in chili sauce and braised minced pork balls. They will also have the signature Lanzhou ‘la mian’ noodles and xiao long bao dumplings.

ABOUT THE LANZHOU “LA MIAN” NOODLES OF CRYSTAL JADE

The signature Lanzhou la mian noodles are a firm favourite with diners. These are handmade to order. The noodles are served with a rich soup simmered down from pork bones and Jinhua ham for at least eight hours. Meanwhile, each xiao long bao is folded with 18-22 pleats and then filled with aromatic broth. Then these are steamed for exactly seven minutes. These will be served at the Parisian Macao and the Cotai Macao.
