Homare means, “Glory, honor, reputation,” and the restaurant aims to glorify the exquisite taste of Japan’s cuisine; to honor their culture’s traditions; and above all, to leave its reputation untarnished by offering authentic specialties with world-class service. In conclusion, the name signifies the 5-star hotel’s mission to celebrate Japan.

In addition, the new name comes with a new and improved menu featuring a vast selection including classic set meals. The renovated Zen-inspired restaurant has a total seating capacity of 130 diners. The main dining hall accommodates over 100 diners, and the two private rooms have eight to twelve seats each with new Yakiniku grills.
