Japanese cuisine has strengthened its presence in the Philippines through the years. More Filipinos are therefore developing a taste for Japanese specialties. This July 30, 2019, The Bellevue Manila rebrands its in-house Japanese restaurant, formerly Hatsune, as Homare Japanese Restaurant and Grill. Locals can enjoy all the Japanese dishes they’ve come to love as a result.
Homare means, “Glory, honor, reputation,” and the restaurant aims to glorify the exquisite taste of Japan’s cuisine; to honor their culture’s traditions; and above all, to leave its reputation untarnished by offering authentic specialties with world-class service. In conclusion, the name signifies the 5-star hotel’s mission to celebrate Japan.
In addition, the new name comes with a new and improved menu featuring a vast selection including classic set meals. The renovated Zen-inspired restaurant has a total seating capacity of 130 diners. The main dining hall accommodates over 100 diners, and the two private rooms have eight to twelve seats each with new Yakiniku grills.
Be among the first to experience Homare’s vast menu of authentic specialties. Homare is open daily from 11:00AM to 2:00PM for lunch, and 6:00PM to 10:00PM for dinner. Visit their Facebook and Instagram accounts @bellevuemanila. To reserve a table, call (+632) 771 8181.
