A trishaw drive through Singapore

On our last evening onboard the Silver Shadow, living a Travelife, we decided to join a group that was heading into the old neighborhoods of Singapore by trishaw.

The Silver Shadow, which is part of the Silversea fleet, was docked at the Marina Bay Cruise Terminal for one night, after sailing into Singapore from Jakarta over a period of 30 hours.

We were a group of 18 passengers who boarded the trishaws.

Of course, it’s quite a touristy thing to do, especially for someone who visits Singapore fairly often.

However, I had never done this, and I was game for the adventure — so off we went.

What an enjoyable experience this was.

I don’t care how many times you’ve been to Singapore.

On your next visit, you should do this, because the trishaw will take you to neighborhoods you’ve almost certainly never been.

The result was an exotic, colorful and interesting view of Singapore, by trishaw, as crowds walking the streets or standing around looked on in disbelief.

What a wonderful way to spend another evening in my never-ending, and never-endingly eventful Travelife.
