OSO Ristorante, which has dubbed as the “cultural and gastronomical embassy of Italy in Singapore," has grown to be the bustling city's go-to destination for delicious Italian cooking prepared by owner and chef Diego Chiarini and business partner Stephane Colleoni.

Previously known for its hearty meat dishes, OSO Ristorante has expanded its menu to match its new chic location and eye-catching eclectic interiors. With its total redesign, the 13-year-old OSO Ristorante is now an experience — not simply a restaurant.

Brought to life with a new sense of sophistication, diners at OSO Ristorante are first greeted by Oasia Hotel Downtown's lush greenery and pools surrounding the new restaurant.

When guests sit down at their tables, a reimagined OSO Ristorante menu featuring dishes made of only the freshest Italian ingredients is sure to please them.

“The new menu which my partner, Stephane and I, have been working on from our decade-long experience at OSO, will see a contemporary twist to the usual traditional Italian dishes. We can't wait to reveal the upcoming menu and the wonderful alfresco dining in this beautiful space, in the months to come," says chef Diego.

In addition to OSO Ristorante's new in-house Dry-Ager Meat Maturing Fridge used to serve even better beef dishes in terms of tenderness, juiciness and flavor.

On the other hand, OSO Ristorante's “The Grillery” uses only Italian oak wood exclusively flown in from Northern Italy that gives the distinctive undercurrent of smokiness like none other.

To continue doing what it does best, OSO Ristorante's menu will continue to feature classics like the Lobster Fettucine and Black Figs Maiale with the addition of soon-to-be favorites like the Timballo Baked Sponge Bread with Black Truffle, Squid Ink Prawn Risotto, Crabmeat Angel Hair Pasta, and well-loved desserts like Dark Chocolate Crostata, Tiramisu, Panna Cotta, Honey Miele, and new Balsamico Fragola

Adventurous diners can also enjoy a bit of a surprise when they opt to order OSO Ristorante's Chef's Surprise Menu that serves up an eight-course degustation menu using Italian and seasonal ingredients available during the day.
