The Parisian Macao in Macao has a restaurant called the French Brasserie that is offering a delicious new promotional dinner menu priced at MOP 480* from now until Aug. 31 to celebrate the best of France's classic South-West cuisine and wine.

The food of the Southwest France is some of the richest and most famous cuisine of France, remaining fundamentally unchanged over hundreds of years.

Incidentally, Brasserie French Executive Chef Daniel Brolese is a native of southwest France and he has crafted a menu of authentic local ingredients and dishes including French food favourites such as foie gras terrine and confit de canard, truffle dishes, slow-cooked cassoulet and Arcachon oysters.
