This September, the Italian restaurant La Brezza of the St. Regis Singapore is offering a degustation menu specially crafted by Executive Sous Chef Fabio Granata, featuring premier cheeses from Italy's oldest regions.

Crafted with utmost care under the most ideal conditions, these cheeses were selected by the chefs of the La Brezza Italian Restaurant from one of Italy's premier cheese refiners with more than a century of experience.

Beginning with the northern region of Piedmont is a Goat Cheese and Fresh Herb Mousse with Vegetable Tartare, Lemon Citronette and Beer-battered Fried Zucchini Blossom.

Showcasing the Lombardy region is a Grana Padano Fondant with Fava Beans, Green Asparagus, Balsamic Vinegar and Crispy Leeks.

Next, relish in a delightful Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe with Roman Pecorino Cheese, freshly ground Black Pepper and Roasted Pumpkin, followed by a perfectly Char-grilled Beef Striploin paired with Tomato and Oregano Sauce, Black Olives, Capers and Eggplant Parmigiana with Mozzarella from Campania.

Finally, relish in a Crunchy Cannoli filled with Sicilian Ricotta, Pistachio Ice Cream and Orange Crème Anglaise. 

And then perhaps a night at the St. Regis Singapore, living a Travelife.
