PASTRIES & BREADS
AT SPOON BY ALAIN DUCASSE
IN HONG KONG

First, viennoiseries and homemade bakery items are served with farm fresh cottage cheese, jam and honey, plus homemade organic muesli.

Next is a selection of homemade bread and bordier butter, served with organic eggs prepared any style (with black truffle, fresh herbs, wild mushrooms, green vegetables or organic bacon) and served with Iberico ham and pickles and homemade salmon gravlax.

For the main course, enjoy choice of main dishes followed by a selection of matured French cheese and crushed condiments, followed by fresh mixed berries and seasonal sorbet. Last but not least, is a selection of Paris-Parisiennes by Pastry Chef Oliver Lannes (with sugar-free and gluten-free options).

The SPOON Sunday Lunch for Mother's Day is inclusive of a welcome glass of Alain Ducasse Champagne or Burgey “Cerdon,” an exclusive rosé sparkling wine by Bernard Rondeau, followed by wine with lunch.
