A GASTRONOMIC FAIRY TALE

Immerse yourself in a gastronomic fairytale of whimsical culinary masterpieces presented in an elaborate theatrical style.

The avant-garde menu is inspired by Antoine de Saint-Exupery’s The Little Prince while the concept of “contradiction” is played out in the contrast of hot and cold elements and opposing textures and flavors.

This playful and unique dining experience will definitely delight and inspire.

ABOUT CHEF DANI GARCIA
OF THE HOTEL PUENTE ROMANO
IN MARBELLA

Chef Dani Garcia's concept of cuisine is based on traditional Andalusian food, and it combines a playful sensitivity with the use of a broad spectrum of the latest techniques.

He experiments with the most modern and daring techniques in order to offer truly unique textures and flavours to diners, while respecting the traditional taste of the ingredients. He can find hidden links between technical mastery and different flavours.

A VETERAN OF
MARTIN BERASATEGUI

Chef Dani Garcia started working in 1996 in the famous restaurant Martín Berasategui in Lasarte, Guipúzcoa, incidentally one of my favourites.

Since then, Chef Dani Garcia has become a leading name in modern cuisine in Andalusia.

He is one of the top chefs for contemporary cooking in Spain, currently running the spectacular Dani Garcia restaurant in the Hotel Puente Romano in Marbella.

The Dani Garcia restaurant has been awarded two Michelin stars, while the Campsa-Repsol guide awarded him with three Repsol Suns.
