"CONFESSION IN THE RUINS"
WITH ECLAIRS

Mao Yanyang's audacious art series “Confession in the Ruins” combines realism and expressionism. The art pieces invite audiences to reflect on the sugar-coated world where the truth is often discarded and forgotten.

To welcome the artistic spring, Ebb & Flow offers new éclairs, including a strawberry-flavoured éclair served with pop rocks and a lemon-meringue éclair.
