The best ski resorts in Hokkaido. And about great skiing near Sapporo.

We've just returned from a fun winter holiday in Hokkaido for the opening of the Sapporo Snow Festival 2016, living a #Travelife.

In case you're planning a winter ski holiday in Hokkaido, here are the best ski resorts in Hokkaido.


Hokkaido, by the way, has the deepest and longest snow season in Asia.

We've also attached a map, issued by the Hokkaido Ski Promotion Council, so you can see where all the resorts are located in relation to Sapporo's New Chitose International Airport, the major international airport and gateway into Hokkaido.


And, if you go to Hokkaido for winter, you should check out the Ice Hotel near Sapporo as well as staying there is so much fun.
