Sakura cherry blossom lunch at the New World Millennium Hotel in Hong Kong


Japanese Chef Masahiko Noka from Kyoto, Japan, has designed a lavish sakura meal at the Sagano restaurant of the New World Millennium Hotel in Hong Kong.

He wants diners to experience a sakura enchantment at Sagano.

The set lunch includes:

Assorted seasonal appetisers, including 10 kinds of petite Japanese offerings:

- Grilled silver cod with miso paste
- Grilled egg rolls
- Mini glutinous rice dumplings
- Toyama squid with sour miso paste
- Grilled beef
- Zuwai crabmeat in vinegar sauce
- Herring fish roe 

A SPRING CHERRY BLOSSOM MENU



The Sakura Set Lunch also comes with:

- Yellowtail sashimi
- Salmon and sweet shrimp sashimi
- Assorted Tempura 
- Salmon Roe on Rice 
- Miso Soup

Desserts include home-made sakura pudding and sakura ice cream using real sakura leaves from Japan.
