Celebrating Valentine's Day in Thailand at The Sarojin, with a Buddhist blessing at a traditional Thai temple

Love is in the air at luxury boutique hotel The Sarojin in Thailand, with its 'Thai Rituals of Romance' for Valentine's Day, #Travelife style.

On February 14, couples can enjoy a day of cultural immersion in Thailand as they discover ancient rituals and timeless Thai traditions of romance.

They will visit a traditional Thai temple to receive 'a Buddhist blessing of love' from a local monk, in a deeply moving and spiritual Thai tradition.

The head monk will sprinkle holy water over the couple while chanting age-old mantras in a symbolic display to celebrate their union.

Following this old-fashioned Thai Valentine's Day blessing, the couple will return to The Sarojin for a couples' treatment at the award-winning Pathways spa of The Sarojin.

Massage is an ancient art form in Thailand and the fai faart (“four handed”) full body massage was created with pure pleasure in mind. This four-handed massage is performed by two therapists working together in rhythmic harmony.

It is the ultimate massage experience, providing a deeper understand of Thailand and a renewed sense of togetherness.
