CHEF THEO'S CAPRESE SALAD
TO START OFF LUNCH

Lunch began with a cold appetizer of buffalo mozzarella and plum tomato salad, which is Chef Theo’s version of Italian classic capresse.

The creamy mozzarella and plump tomatoes were beautifully complemented by figs, arugula, and a drizzling of pesto – a bright beginning for a truly sumptuous meal.

A DELICIOUS STILTON CHEESE SOUFFLE

This was followed by a Stilton cheese souffle with an aroma so mouthwateringly enticing from the moment it was brought out of the kitchen.

The spring onion salsa was a refreshing touch to the decadent souffle as well.

A PERFECTLY DONE STEAK
AT THE PRINCE ALBERT ROTISSERIE

The main entrée was a plate of grilled Australian black wagyu loin, perfectly medium rare, proving that Prince Albert still holds its place as one of the best fine dining establishments for steak in the city.

A delectable dish created by Chef Ros Lusted, the wagyu loin was complemented by a generous sliver of spinach butter, bone marrow, and a selection of vegetables with veal jus.

A LUSCIOUS END TO A MEAL

Dessert was a heartwarming molten chocolate souffle that was truly indulgent and luscious.

For a taste of these scrumptious dishes, InterContinental Manila has several dining offerings for the months of May and June.

Prince Albert Rotisserie serves luscious souffle selections until May 15, and Chef Jean Marc Veron showcases the best of his French creations from June 16 to 30. The famous Jeepney Bar has a Father’s Day buffet promo on June 21.
