In Thailand yesterday, living a #Travelife, I spent the sunset hour happily by myself on a lounge chair by the swimming pool of the Absolute Sanctuary detox spa, listening to music I like and thinking about Travel and Life.
On my iPod playlist last night
So Many People
Heart to Heart
Hall & Oates
When She Believed in Me
CHILLING OUT BY THE POOL
BEFORE A THAI FOOT MASSAGE
It was just before a nice Thai foot massage and I had about 30 minutes to do absolutely nothing. Which is very rare.
I don't even watch DVDs at home because there are 10 other things I can be doing other than watching TV.

EVERYONE LOVES IT HERE
Then a lady from Amsterdam came and sat near me, so we started talking.
Again, I'm not a small talk type of person, and especially when I'm traveling; but I was curious as to why other people were here and how they were finding the experience.
To be honest, the Absolute Sanctuary is a spa for people who want a no-nonsense serious detox, so I feel it's not quite for everyone.
It's not your typical luxury holiday, after all.
But most people I've met so far have been here -- or are planning to stay here -- for at least 10 days. And, happily for this spa I'm in, everyone I've spoken to so far just loves it.
A FEW STUBBORN KILOS TO GO
The lady from Amsterdam last night said: "I'm here for detox and to try and lose a few kilos. My clothes are fitting better and I've never felt so good in my life."
Well, I haven't quite gotten around to weighing myself since I first checked in, but tomorrow, I'm going to step on that scale, just before getting on the plane, to see if all these spa meals have been working their magic.
And then it's back to reality, and to my never-ending, and never-endingly eventful #Travelife.
