A wagyu teppanyaki lunch at the Inagiku Japanese restaurant of the Shangri-la Makati



In Manila today, living a #Travelife, I had lunch with a friend at the Inagiku Japanese restaurant of the Shangri-la Makati.

They have very good seafood at Inagiku, of course. But this morning, I was craving a steak all morning, for some reason.

So I ended up ordering the steak at Inagiku.


THE STEAK WITH EVERYTHING

It came with all the delicious trimmings, including a little pile of fried fat from the meat. I ate every single bit of the fat because it was so crunchy and good.

I ordered garlic rice to go with my meat.

And very uncharacteristically for me, I finished an entire bowl of garlic rice.

In other words, I ate enough for a week. If not a month.

SECOND TIME AROUND?



It was so good, though, that I was thinking about another possible time to eat at Inagiku, even while I was still eating this steak at Inagiku, living a #Travelife.


And then to end, we had lots of ice cream. I ordered one scoop of green tea and one scoop of azuki red bean ice cream.

If I was going to overdo the calories, I figured I might as well do this in style, at the Shangri-la Makati, living a never-ending, and never-endingly delicious #Travelife.
