MOROCCO

THE PRETTIEST CAKES IN ASIA

Ms B's CAKERY is known for its quality & lovely designs.

For this mid-Autumn festival, Ms Gokson interpreted one of the most loved of Asian dessert soups, the "Yang Tsee Gum Lo."

It's mango, pomelo & coconut-flavoured sweet soup with a unique twist of the same flavours, but with a vanilla chiffon and a crispy cookie crusted base.

Absolutely delicious.

MINI VERSIONS OF HER FAMOUS CAKES

Her taster versions extend across the range of her signature cakes, from her beloved coffee cheese cake to her trademark black-and-white “C’est La B.

C'est La B is a black chocolate sponge cake with mint mousse and cocoa nibs topped with a dark & white chocolate.

HAPPY AS A RAINBOW

Meanwhile, Ms B's Rainbow is gloriously colourful, as the name suggests.

Inside, it's pistachio chiffon with fruit salad, fresh cream & “happy” marshmallow.

Her Food of the Gods glows like an orange, with orange chiffon and lashings of orange curd, choc crisps and fresh cream, topped with citrus jelly & tangerine.

MS B's HOME-MADE MOONCAKES

Bonnae Gokson has also been preparing for this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival with the return of Ms B’s enchanting homemade Mooncakes.

The lantern-inspired moon cakes, which are vanilla chiffon cakes with golden mousse of mango & coconut and fresh pomelo pearls wrapped with laced fresh cream, are inspired by the traditional celebration of lanterns during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Perfect treats for the Mid-Autumn Festival, and for a never-ending, and never-endingly eventful Travelife.
