A safari game drive at Pilansberg National Park

This morning, in South Africa living a Travelife, our group of Travelife Magazine friends and readers woke up bright and early for a game drive through the Pilansberg National Park.

That's me at the entrance to Pilansberg National Park.

Pilansberg National Park is one of the top national parks in South Africa, well-known for its abundance of animals, especially the Big 5.

Look at this beautiful photo I took with my iPod of an alpha male kudu. That's how close we got to him.

It's also very beautiful.

So it's a great choice for a first safari as it's got everything and it's not a rough ride.

Today, the weather was fine and the day perfect for game viewing.

We got to see 4 out of the Big 5, and this certainly made it another wonderful day in our never-ending, and never-endingly eventful Travelife.
