Planes, trains, cruise ships, and safari jeeps. And the Rockwell Travel Fair. All in the next four weeks around the world.

Today was one of those busy but enjoyable days in a never-endingly eventful Travelife.

It started out pretty early, as I had to make my way across town to the ABS-CBN studios in Quezon City, for a guesting on a popular television show called ANC Mornings.

SEE YOU AT
THE TRAVELIFE ROCKWELL TRAVEL FAIR
January 17 - 19, 2014
for some fantastic travel bargains

HAVING FUN, ON AIR

What fun I had, talking about Travelife Magazine's Rockwell Travel Fair on air with Pinky Webb.

In fact, by the end of the show, I had half-sold her on the idea of considering joining our Travelife to South Africa this May.

AN AFTERNOON OF HARD WORK

Then I skipped lunch and headed straight back to office to work all afternoon while munching on a pack of almonds and cashew nuts.

My favorites are these cashew nuts with Thai lime and chili, and also a natural cocktail mix of nuts and dried fruits that I always buy at the Duty Free.

I have to close the next issue of Travelife Magazine early as I'm flying out on my never-ending Travelife pretty soon.

In between editing articles and looking at layouts, I was looking at maps and booking hotels and restaurants all over the world.

SEE YOU NEXT WEEKEND
AT ROCKWELL TRAVEL FAIR

Then we're also hosting the Rockwell Travel Fair next weekend.

Make sure you visit Travelife Magazine's Rockwell Travel Fair, by the way. I've seen some of the things going on sale from our travel partners, and lots of it is positively tantalizing.

Drop by for great travel ideas and fantastic travel bargains. Or just to meet lots of people -- including our very fun Travelife Magazine team, of course -- who are big on travel.

IT'S UNWINDING TIME

In the evening, I attended a cocktail party hosted by the Ambassador of Chile to introduce Chilean wines.

It was a very nice party, and it was my first downtime the whole day. I sat talking with friends way longer than expected.

And what a topic. Maybe I'll write about it sometime soon.

ONLINE FOR A LONG TIME

I wanted to go home early tonight, though, as I need all my energy for the next few weeks.

I'm closing another great issue of the magazine, opening a travel fair, and traveling halfway around the world on a combination of planes, trains and cars.

Somewhere in the next few weeks, too, are a couple of wineries, gourmet dinners, and even a safari or two.

Oh yes, and a cruise on my favorite ship.

All in the next four weeks.

But just as I was about to go to bed, my old friend B and I started talking online across the Pacific and the Atlantic Oceans.

We talked about life and so many other things besides -- including plans to meet up halfway, somewhere in Europe, sooner rather than later.

And before I knew it, it was way past midnight in my never-ending, and never-endingly eventful Travelife.
