14th World Gourmet Festival at the Four Seasons Hotel in Bangkok


The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok are organizing this year's 14th World Gourmet Festival, to be held at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok from September 2 to 8, 2013.

The event will be attended by leading chefs and influential winemakers from all over the world.

Since its inception, the World Gourmet Festival has grown in prominence to feature an extraordinary line-up of some of the best chefs, winemakers and food experts from across the globe.

They all gather together under one roof for a week-long celebration of outstanding cuisine and superb wines.

Guests can also look forward to unique wine pairings at the dinners of Chef Jérôme Bonnet and Chef David Rathgeber.

Chef Bonnet's cuisine will be paired with wines by Pascal Jolivet.

Meanwhile, Chef Rathgeber's dinner will be paired with wines selected by Ned Goodwin.

OTHER FOODIE ACTIVITIES


In addition to the highlighted chef dinners, once again this year the Four Seasons Bangkok is hosting cooking demonstrations by the participating chefs in the Gaggenau show kitchen.

They've also organized a World Gourmet Festival lunch and Sunday Brunch with cuisine from around the world.

The World Gourmet Festival supports HRH Princess Soamsawali's Save A Child's Life from AIDS Project under the auspices of the Thai Red Cross Society.
