Join the PHRS Boracay Beach Volleyball Open 2012 this November

To promote fitness and sustainable tourism, the Philippine Hotel Reservations Service (PHRS) is once again organizing the largest beach volleyball event in the country this November in Boracay.

The much-awaited second season of the PHRS Boracay Beach Volleyball Open (BBVO) will take place in Boracay from November 16 to 18, 2012.

The competition will be bringing together sport enthusiasts from all over the country.

The tournament will consist of three (3) divisions: 

1) The Philippine Beach Volleyball Association (PBVA) National Championship (competitive)
2) The San Miguel Fun Cup 
3) The Mixed Quattro Fun Division, which is open to both recreational and competitive volleyball aficionados. 

A COMPETITION AND A PARTY

Experience this exciting volleyball competition together with the hippest music, fun games, freebies and invigorating refreshments for both BBVO players and spectators, right on Boracay's pristine white sand beach.

PHRS wishes to invite everyone to support their aim to promote a healthy way of life through beach sports with the least environmental impact on the island.

Live telecast of the games will be aired through Kalibo Cable, so expect to be at the edge of your seats as you watch each team hit hard to take on the championship title of the most thrilling sporting event of the season.

THE FUN CONTINUES

After the tournament, there's a sumptuous dinner at Le Soleil de Boracay and and a dance party for players at Summerplace Boracay.  Spread the word and make sure you and your friends don’t miss out on the most exciting beach volleyball games in Boracay.

HOW TO JOIN

The registration fee for each player is PhP 500, and this includes tournament entry, one player’s shirt, one free dinner and cocktail drinks for the party. Cash prizes, travel vouchers and other goodies are in store for winners and participants.
