As you probably know by now, TRAVELIFE is more than a travel magazine, even if it is the leading travel & lifestyle publication. We're a lifestyle, and by this I don't just mean going to different places and being able to post photos about it.
Although I got the biggest compliment yesterday, when going over my photos of Myanmar with our creative director, and he said he didn't think I needed a photographer to accompany me on trips anymore as I'd taken some great photos of Bagan and Yangon. So, yes, I get a kick out of taking great photos and being able to publish them as well.
But at Travelife Magazine, we also have an advocacy to bring the experience of travel and culture to as many people as possible. I firmly believe that travel is one of the greatest forms of education a person can have, and that it will change your life and your world in a very good way if you allow it to.
This is why we organize tours and events whenever possible, and we try to open these up to as many of our valued readers as we can. And when we can organize a free event for our readers to join in, we certainly try our best to do so.
On March 12, together with our valued partners the Embassy of the Czech Republic and the Dusit Thani Manila, we are again organizing a free event and opening this up to Travelife readers and friends. We're recreating an evening at a Czech opera, and a talented opera singer from the Czech Republic will be performing some of the most-loved songs from various opera.
Come join us and feel like you're in Prague, even for an evening.
