S.C. Vizcarra goes on sale from tomorrow

We at Travelife Magazine like to patronize top-quality Philippine products whenever possible. And one shop that has been creating wonderful interior items, bags, leather goods and accessories for generations is the S.C. Vizcarra workshop which has been in business since 1925.

Not too many Philippine artisan workshops can lay claim to such a long track record. If you haven't heard of them, that's probably because they rarely advertise and they don't sell much in stores outside of their workshops. So these are the kinds of stuff you won't find in the mall. But you'll find them on the arms of very discerning women who like quality more than labels.

And I can tell you that Vizcarra products are also very popular in Japan, as Japanese consumers appreciate the workshop's attention to detail and fine craftsmanship. They're not cheap in Tokyo either, but Japanese women are snapping them up.

As for us at Travelife Magazine, we like their products so much that for the second year in a row, we're ordering goods from them for our Christmas gifts. Friends and associates who received our personalized Travelife leather items told us they liked these so much that we're doing another version for our Christmas gifts this year. They do great made-to-order items including shopping baskets, bags and appointment books.
